Residence Facilities and Provisions

The residence is a fully furnished, serviced home. All bedding, manchester, dinnerware, kitchenware and initial basic supplies are provided. On your arrival, all beds are made and all supplies are in their proper place. The property is serviced weekly.

Residence Locality

The Residence is located south of the river in the Raphael Precinct of Victoria Park 2km from the Perth Central Business District, Western Australia .

Residents have a wide choice of recreational locations within easy reach including the restaurant, shopping and nightlife alternatives offered in Victoria Park, Perth City, Northbridge and South Perth.

Recreational locations include the internationally recognised Burswood Hotel (pictured left) and Casino complex (2km) incorporating convention and exhibitions centres and public golf course; the WACA Cricket Ground (2km); and Kings Park (5km). You will also be in easy walking distance to the parks and gardens of the Raphael Precinct, the Swan River reserves and the Burswood gardens.
