Delta Consulting was established in 1989 as a company providing financial and property management and consulting services. Since 1999 the Company has provided serviced accommodation in Perth Western Australia for short term and extended stay travelers and now trades under the name Perth Serviced Accommodation.

Our spacious three bedroom apartments and residences provide executive features and amenities with a variety of recreational facilities. We have properties adjacent to the Perth CBD, shopping and entertainment districts located convenient to highways and public transportation. We also have ocean front accommodation.

The suites are equipped to provide everything you might need to be comfortable during your stay in Perth Western Australia. They are comfortably furnished, completely equipped, accessorized and fully serviced.

We provide all furnishings, house ware, linens as well as housekeeping services, parking access and phone service. Our staff provides the personal attention necessary to assist with special requirements of our guests.

Because Perth Serviced Accommodation provides apartments and other long term residences, our accommodations are larger than hotel rooms. You'll enjoy spacious living rooms, kitchens and dining areas with facilities for food preparation, cooking and entertaining.

While you might expect to pay more for all these extra comforts, our accommodations costs significantly less than hotel accommodation.
