Rockingham Beach is 50km South of central Perth, Western Australia.

The penthouse is on The Esplanade across from the Cruising Yacht Club and is a stroll (200m) to the beachfront bar, restaurant and café strip. It is a short walk to the Rockingham Beach shopping strip, post office, hotel, night club and indoor sport and recreation centers. In addition to being on the beach, you are only a 5 minute drive to the Aqua Jetty, Rockingham's new indoor aquatic recreation centre.

The penthouse has panoramic views across Rockingham Bay and Cockburn Sound from the open balcony, the living areas, main bedroom and bathroom.

The penthouse sleeps six with three bedrooms, remodelled bathroom with spa, separate toilet, large tiled lounge dining, fully equipped kitchen and expansive private external balcony. These can be seen in the pictures on this page and also on the following pages using the navigation menu at left.

In addition to the spectacular views & supurb comfort, the apartment is fully furnished and serviced. All bedding, manchester, dinnerware, kitchenware and initial basic supplies are provided. On your arrival, all beds are made and supplies are in their proper place. The property is serviced weekly.
