two weeks and we were very happy. It was a lovely big house with more than enough room. We actually even combined
our stay with a bit of work and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The kitchen was nice, new and spacious. The spa bath was definetley a good inclusion! We were very happy with the residence and wouldn't hesitate to go back there again! Thanks for all your help Mark :) |

| Comments: | During a recent trip to Perth my teenage daughter and I wanted to stay in the Rockingham area as that is "home" to us. My sister had told me about the Rockingham Serviced Penthouse where she had stay for a few day several months earlier. I booked to stay for 6 nights out of the 11 that we would be in Perth. The place was PERFECT and we stayed on for an extra 4 nights. The apartment is idealy located and the ocean veiw is beautiful. We will be back to stay again and again. |

a special one.
Beach front, crystal clear water, safe beach and very convenient. Amidst fishing and swimming, we could simply get back to the apartment for some refreshments and continued our leisure. On reaching Perth, we stayed 3 nites before heading down south and staying 3 nites again before returning to Singapore. We miss all the fun, the view and the sea. Mark has been very flexible in allowing us to check-out late on the last day as we had a late flight. We also had a close encounter with an adult dolphin while swimming at the jetty. It was a good farewell from the dolphin on our last day in Rockingham, 11th Dec 2006, 3.30pm We will go back to stay if we visit Perth again. Cheersssssssssssssss. |

| Comments: | Our family stayed on the top floor and we were there for two weeks. We really miss the sea views and the town's friendlyness. Every morning was fantastic just waking up to the water, dolphins and seals swimming around the jetty. We did some fishing and travelled to many of the great places around Rockingham. Loved the ferry tours to Perth, Rottnest, Mandarah mansions and the drive down to Bunbury. Looking forward to returning in a couple more years for a longer holiday as there is so much more to do and see. |

| Comments: | What a wonderful view!!!!! What a wonderful location!!!! We certainly had a wonderful time away and found everything we needed (beach, fishing jetty, cafes, shops) within easy walking distance. The only downfall was that we had to leave.
The Penthouse certainly lived up to its name with it being spotlessly clean on arrival and having all the facilities we needed to make our family's stay a memorable one. |

fourth visit to Perth when I have stayed in Mark's properties and I have
found them both to be excellent.
The Raphael Residence is a super place with all that you need to make your stay a great experience. The City Views is also a super place to stay and the views from there are wonderful day and night. Both are clean and modern with plenty of room for all. The location is ideal for all that you need from shopping to poping to the city. I would have no hessitation in recommending any residence that Mark has to offer as I have found that all dealings have been a smooth and efficient. I would like to thank Mark & Cathy for making our holidays to Perth a happy and wonderful event, and I will stay there again the next time I am visiting. |

the West and when I made the booking through the internet we were totally dependant on the
information supplied to us. We arrived by plane at 11pm tired from travelling and had no
idea where we were going.
Well I must say we had no reason to be concerned. The apartment was beautiful and we felt very safe. Next morning we awoke to the most beautifull view overlooking the city. The thing that amazed us was that the locality was so peaceful and quite though so close to the city. We were only minutes walking distance to the shops in a very safe area. When we come back to Perth we are happy in the knowledge that our Perth Cityviews Service Apartment will be waiting for us. | Comments: | City View Apartment suited us perfectly for our stay. We watched the Australia Day Fireworks from our spacious balcony and enjoyed the spectacular city skyline views day and night. The apartment was well set out, main bedroom was large, spa bath was a lovely luxury for us, the living area huge, plenty of kitchen cupboards and ample crockery supplied. A nice touch I thought were the 'little extras' that were supplied in the kitchen, the pasta, sauces etc for guests use (even though we didnt use them). We will return next time in Perth. |

We were travelling with a baby and everything we needed was supplied and the manager was very friendly and quick to respond to all our requirements. The house was pleasant and roomy, linens fresh and daily necessities, soap, coffee, tea etc. provided which was a thoughtful touch. For people who do not know the area there was a file with lots of local information. Althogether a very nice stay. |

The location is incredibly practical for people needing to be centrally situated. Being less than 5 minutes from the river, we often had picnics down by the riverside. The house itself had plenty of space, and the spa bath made kids bathtime a pleasure. We couldn't believe how well equiped the kitchen was. Not your averate holiday house. | Comments: | For anyone looking for a very comfortable place to stay by the seaside, this roomy service penthouse apartment is good stuff. It has a very a good view of the sea from the balcony and ample parking space for our car.
We stayed there for 2 nights during late autumn when it can get very cold at night. Fortunately, the apartment has an aircon cum heater, hot water and electric coil to keep us warm. The hot tub is big and my little daughter just loved to bathe in it with her toy ducks. I applaud our host, Mark Clay, for his thoughtfulness to include videos, magazines, children books and even maps for us to use. Ever so accommodating, he even provided a baby cot and allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost. Now, this is what I call a "WOW" service. |

| Comments: | I have just stayed in Rockingham for six weeks for the fourth time in the penthouse apartment.
Being from overseas and not having a car it is the perfect place to stay. Right on the beach, the supermarket at a distance of approx. 300 meters. Busses within walking distance, which will take you North (Perth and Fremantle) and South (Mandurah etc). The apartment has everything you want and is very comfortable. The view from the huge balcony is fantastic and there is nothing nicer than to sit there and watch the sunset. |

The Raphael Federation Residence was just perfect - just what we were looking for. The location, the space to accommodate the family, the room we had inside and out, and the freedom my 2 grandchildren had. It was just like being home.
Mark was so helpful and friendly over the time I got in touch with him, which was last year (2003) and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would recommend this to anyone who will be going to Perth to stay for a couple of days to a month. It is in the right location, close to the airport, Perth City & Burswood Casino. Our children flew in from the East and the trip to the airport was a breeze from the house. We dined at the cafe at the end of the street and were charmed by the birds and the greenery. We found our stay in the Penthouse a very comfortable and affordable time. It is well located to the beach, shops and restaurants. The view is spectacular. Everything we needed was there for us. The spa was an absolute asset. The bottle of wine you had left for us was very welcoming and a nice touch to set the mood for a very pleasant stay. I cannot think of anything that needs to be improved as all the conveniences of the apartment were there and worked. | Comments: | This spacious apartment was well set out with modern appliances - all you would need for a family. It is situated in a very quiet complex with only one other apartment nearby - hence there was no outside noise to disturb us.
The views from the lounge area are fabulous - you can see the whole of the Perth city skyline. The street where the apartment is situated is quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend this apartment to friends. |

| Comments: | This apartment is unbelievable! Our friends stayed in a hotel a few block away from us and they paid a little over twice as much as we did for half the luxury and comfort.
We appreciated the hassle-free check in/out system, the hot tub, the convenience of the mobile phone (very useful when traveling in a different country), the hot tub, the plethora of amenities, the hot tub, the apartment’s proximity to EVERYTHING, and oh, did I happen to mention the hot tub? The apartment also supplies a lot of tourist information so you really don’t have to do a lot of research before arriving. There is even a grocery market a five-minute walk away that has everything you need to stock the apartment’s refrigerator! This is the way to go if you’re in need of a fabulous place to stay in Western Australia. You’d better make your reservations soon before Mark realizes that he should be charging four times as much as he does. Thanks again, Mark, you’re the greatest! |

Raphael is spacious, well appointed and offers a most pleasing three bedroom home-away-from-home. To be able to put the car under cover and locked away is a bonus. Also the security lighting for our return from evening outings certainly was most comfortable in a foreign environment. Wonderful! Raphael is a very high standard of accommodation for the self contained holidaymakers. |

| Comments: | After having stayed in the beautiful house Raphael in Vic Park for 2 weeks, my family and I moved to Rockingham for the remainder of our holiday. It was the perfect end to a fantastic holiday, just relaxing on the balcony, watching the dolphins every day at around 8am, walking to the beach in just 2 minutes where playing and swimming for my 2 small children was as safe as can be. Just a short note to say thanks for the excellent accomodation,to be able to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins swimming in the bay early each morning was wonderful. Rockingham is a great place for a family holiday and the location of the apartment is just perfect with safe swimming and fishing for the kids, whilst Debbie and myself relaxed upstairs on the balcony and still keep an eye on them.
